For short breaks out of the high season we offer a minimum of 3 nights stay at the property.
Seasonal Rates
Low Season from £800 per night - 3 night minimum stay
Mid Season from £850 per night - 3 night minimum stay
High Season from £900 per night - 7 night minimum (Friday - Friday)
Other charges
£450 refundable damage deposit per stay
£200 cleaning fee per stay. We ask our guests to leave the house in a respectable way.
£200 optional extra for Hot Tub. Individually drained, sterilised and filled for each set of guests.
At the time of booking a 50% deposit is taken.
The remainder of your booking fee will be invoiced directly 8 weeks before your stay, plus a cautionary damage deposit.
